When requesting financial aid as your payment option, you will need to
obtain permission from Credit and Collections on your campus. The bookstore
will be notified by Mountain View, Salem and Springfield campus of those who
have permission to use their financial aid.

Bolivar students must bring a charge slip when picking up your books.

Winter fest financial aid will be available to begin charging on January 3,
2012; last day to charge is January 10, 2012.

Salem and Mountain View student's winter fest text books will be available
to pick up at your campus.

Financial aid payment option - orders placed by December 19 will be
available for pick up at your campus the first day of class.

Credit card payment option - orders will be shipped directly to your home
unless special instructions are given.

St. John's College of Nursing orders are available for pick at the Bolivar
Campus or to be shipped directly to your home. Please specify your choice.
This applies to all semesters.

All locations - Spring financial aid will be available to begin charging on
January 9, 2012; last day to charge is January 27, 2012.

Financial aid payment option - orders will begin shipping week of January 9,
2012.

Credit card payment option - orders will be shipped as they are received.

If you wish to pick your order up at the Bolivar campus please indicate in
the special instruction area.
